Every wedding has its own schedule, so the first step is always a call or chat to understand timings and locations: the couple's home, ceremony venue, reception location. We plan the route together with you, including any stops for photos (Gianicolo Hill, Piazza di Spagna, and Villa Borghese are among the most requested spots). For wedding season (May-September) we recommend booking at least 2-3 months ahead, to guarantee your chosen vehicle is available on your date.
Does the car stay available all day?
It depends on the package: from a single transfer (home → ceremony) to full-day hourly disposal, including photo stops. We work out the best option for your schedule together.
Can you handle guest transport from multiple hotels?
Yes, with our fleet of V-Class Vans we can coordinate multiple shuttle runs from different hotels to the venue, sharing the schedule with guests in advance.
What happens if the ceremony ends later than planned?
No problem: our drivers are used to the typical surprises of a wedding day. Any extra hours beyond the agreed quote are calculated transparently at the end.
