What the price always includes
The price covers everything that elsewhere turns into a surcharge on arrival.
Access and tolls
ZTL access, city tolls and airport parking at Fiumicino and Ciampino are included. At Civitavecchia the port fees for dockside access are covered too.
Flight monitoring
We track your flight in real time: the driver adjusts automatically to the actual landing time. 60 minutes of free waiting after landing at the airport, 15 minutes for all other transfers.
Meet and greet
Name sign in the arrivals hall or at the cruise terminal, luggage assistance, approved child seats on request at no cost, water and Wi-Fi on board.

The only variables, always agreed before departure.
Night surcharge
A 20% surcharge applies to services carried out between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
Intermediate stops
Stops along the route must be agreed when booking.
Luggage and destinations
If cases exceed the vehicle capacity, the next category applies. Routes outside the region are quoted separately.
Chauffeur or taxi: which works out better
From Fiumicino to central Rome the taxi flat fare is around €55 within the Aurelian Walls. Our sedan starts at €77 VAT included. The difference is not the route, it is the terms.
- A taxi cannot be booked against a specific flight: if you are delayed, you join whatever queue you find outside.
- The taxi flat fare only covers the historic centre — beyond the Aurelian Walls the meter starts.
- With a chauffeur the vehicle is assigned and the driver waits with a name sign even if you land two hours late.
- A taxi guarantees neither vehicle category, nor luggage space, nor child seats.
Travelling light, in daylight, with a short queue, the taxi costs less. With a night flight, bulky luggage, children or a fixed appointment, a chauffeur removes the variables.
How to pay: Cash, all cards, bank transfer and PayPal. Companies on contract are invoiced monthly with 30-day terms. No deposit on individual bookings.

Payments and cancellations
How much does additional airport waiting cost?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting from the actual flight landing time. After the included 60 minutes, additional waiting costs €40 per hour. All other transfers include 15 minutes of waiting.

For regular services, no public-holiday surcharge applies; the night surcharge is 20% from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. New Year’s Eve is an exception: dedicated rates apply only for this occasion and are provided by quotation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, the full service price is payable.
